All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Final payment is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90+ days before departure: 10% penalty fee. Cancellations made 60-89 days: 25% penalty. Cancellations made less than 60 days: 50% penalty. Cancellations within 30 days: 100% penalty.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Anchor Path Travels is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for acts of third-party suppliers, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
